SUMMER CARAVAN rOAD showS - ON hIATUS
Summer Children's Caravan 2022 Production - paid roles for college-age and above (contact for casting info)
Performs mornings and afternoons throughout the greater North Penn area and beyond for four summer weeks.
ORDINARILY, theatre and kids divides its shows into several categories:
(but covid changed a lot of thing for a lot of groups!)
- Theatre for Young Performers Productions - Shows featuring school-age actors. These shows rehearse 2 days a week for 8 -10 weeks and perform two or three times. There is a reasonable cost for participation and actors receive 2 free tickets.
- Starlight Multigenerational Productions - Shows featuring high school, college, and adult performers. These shows rehearse 3 times a week for 8 weeks and perform 2-4 times. There is no cost for participation, though all are expected to sell tickets - ON HIATUS.
- Children's Caravan Productions - These traveling shows feature 3-65college and adult aged actors and rehearse as needed for a few short weeks. They then perform at venues all over the area for 6-8 summer weeks. Actors are paid for participation.

THE LADY PIRATES OF CAPTAIN BREE
A rip-roaring ocean musical adventure where buccaneer ladies take over a luxury ship. sword-fights, sea chanties, high-stepping dances, surprises, and merriment ensue. Of course there's some romance!Grades 3 thru 9. Auditions: Sept. 14 and 18 Performances Dec. 6, 2PM & 7PM

Romeo & Juliet -Wm. Shakespeare's Classic
The beautiful, tragic tale of the Montegues and Capulets comes to the stage with a fully produced production. Directed by Matt McLaughlin and Noelle Gambale, this slightly edited version will allow for older actors to shine in primary roles and novices to be onstage throughout in multiple roles and ensemble scenes. An amazing opportunity. Performances Sat 5/10 2PM AND 7PM Grades 5 - 12 - AUDITIONS 2/8 & 2/13 Rehearsals Thurs 6-9pm Sats 10:30AM-1:30PM 2/20 - 5/9 FEE: $145
